We tested the impact of soil and topographic qualities on soil moisture and biomass production in the arid environment of the Har HaNegev, Israel. We calibrate and validate the model EcoHyd.

Aim of this project was to estimate a full water balance using the non-invasive soil moisture measurement (cosmic ray) and observation on plant phenology based on hyperspectral remote sensing data.
