The English/Philology Department at the Center for Languages and Key Competences of the University of Potsdam administers the free e-Entrance Test (E-EP) of the Department of English and American Studies in cooperation with the Department.

Upon publication in the Public Notices of the University of Potsdam, the following test regulations went into effect. Please read these regulations (in German) carefully:

Test Dates

If you miss the dates:

There is no alternative date for the Entrance Test. Applicants who cannot make any of these dates must document their language skills by means of an equivalent language certificate. Contact the Examination Committee of the Department of English and American Studies.

You can find information on recognized alternative language competence certification as well as how to apply for the recognition of such certification here.
