Welcome to the University of Potsdam! We are delighted to welcome you as a new student. At the beginning of your first semester, we would like to give you an overview of the offers of and contacts at the central institutions. Discover the wide range of services that our university has in store to provide you with the right support at every stage of your studies and to promote your academic success.

All presentations, workshops, and the information fair will take place in Building 6 on Griebnitzsee Campus. Just drop by and ask your questions during the workshops, events, or at the information booths. If registration is required, this will be clearly indicated in the attached event program.

You can purchase a lunch at the dining hall between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

In diesem Workshop erhältst du alltagsnahe Tools und Methoden, die dir helfen, deine Produktivität zu steigern und deine Zeit im Studium sinnvoller zu nutzen. Dabei lernst du unter anderem die Pomodoro-Technik kennen, eine bewährte Methode, um fokussiert und effizient zu arbeiten. Darüber hinaus wirst du mit weiteren Strategien ausgestattet, die dir helfen, Überforderung und Stress vorzubeugen. Additionally, with the help of the mobile citizen kits, registration processes can be carried out. This includes registering or changing an address, or setting a PIN for the identity card. For registration processes, approximately 10 minutes should be planned. Setting the PIN takes 5 minutes. Therefore, about 10 people can be served within one hour. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to recognize your own procrastination patterns and create new opportunities for action in your daily studies using simple methods. Together with other students, you will reflect on typical obstacles, try out strategies to overcome procrastination, and get inspiration from the Feel Good Campus on the support services available to you. Dieses Angebot richtet sich an Personen, die ihr Studium aufgrund von Pflegeaufgaben, Auslandsaufenthalten, Praktika, Exmatrikulation oder gesundheitlichen Gründen unterbrochen haben und zum Wintersemester 2024/25 wieder beginnen möchten. Sport und Wohlbefinden können dabei helfen, deinen Studienalltag wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen. Das Hochschulsportprogramm ist allerdings groß. Über 1.000 Angebote in 150 Sportarten aus 21 Sportbereichen pro Semester- und Ferienprogramm können überwältigend wirken. in "15 Minuten, 15 Kurse" stellen wir dir ein kurzes, dynamisches Potpourri aus unserem Programm vor. Seminar Room S28	Mobile Citizen Kit [German/English] The Citizen Service Center of the LHP provides advice on all offerings of the registration office (including brochures/information material). Additionally, with the help of the mobile citizen kits, registration processes can be carried out. This includes registering or changing an address, or setting a PIN for the identity card. For registration processes, approximately 10 minutes should be planned. Setting the PIN takes 5 minutes. Therefore, about 10 people can be served within one hour.
