... continue to the Portal PULS

You can use this portal from August 15, 2026, to September 15, 2026, to enroll in open-admission bachelor's programs for the winter semester 2026/27.

Applicants to admission-restricted programs (NC) can use the PULS portal to enroll after receiving an offer of admission, within the period specified in their admission notification.

Enrollment in all open-admission programs (no NC) leading to a bachelor’s degree or the First State Examination in Law is completed entirely online via the PULS portal. After entering your details, you must upload all required documents in PULS under “Add enrollment documents.” Applicants who have received an offer of admission to an admission-restricted program (NC) will find information on the enrollment process and applicable deadlines in the admission notification.

Once your enrollment documents have been reviewed and confirmed as complete — and after your health insurance provider has submitted the required electronic notification (M10) — you will receive an email at the address listed in the PULS portal with instructions on how to pay the semester fee.

After your payment has been received, your Potsdam University Chip Card (PUCK) will be issued and sent to you by post. The mailing includes:
