Inclusive education - Cognitive and Emotional Disabilities
The staff of the Chair of Inclusive Education for Cognitive and Emotional Developmental Disabilities primarily conduct research on issues related to assisted communication for cognitive and emotional developmental disabilities, such as autism.
Teaching is offered in the special education programmes (secondary level with the subjects German, mathematics, WAT, sports or English) and primary level with a focus on inclusion. The focus of the staff's teaching is on the theoretical and practical teaching of diagnostic skills and support options in the field offered in inclusive and isolated special education settings.
