Prof. Dr. Eric Kearney ist seit 01.04.2014 Professor an der Universität Potsdam. Zuvor war er von August 2009 bis März 2014 Professor für Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management an der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Leibniz Universität Hannover. Er hat an zahlreichen deutschen und internationalen Universitäten gelehrt (u.a. Freie Universität Berlin; Technische Universität Berlin; Humboldt-Universität Berlin; Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; Krannert School of Management / Purdue University; Central European University, Budapest; FGV, Rio de Janeiro, Universidad de Chile, Santiago de Chile). Seine Forschung im Bereich Führung und Teammanagement wurde in führenden internationalen Fachzeitschriften veröffentlicht (u.a. Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, Organization Science, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes).
