Eric Kearney has been Professor of Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management at the University of Potsdam since April, 2014. Prior to that, from August 2009 until March 2014, he was Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Leibniz Universität Hannover. Eric Kearney has taught at numerous German and international universities and business schools (e.g., Freie Universität Berlin; Technische Universität Berlin; Humboldt-Universität Berlin; Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; Krannert School of Management / Purdue University; Central European University, Budapest; FGV, Rio de Janeiro; Universidad de Chile, Santiago de Chile; Tongji University, Shanghai). His research on leadership and teamwork has been published in leading scientific journals (e.g., Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, Organization Science, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes).
