• At least 3 participating higher education institutions from 3 EU program countries holding an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). Other HEIs from program or partner countries can participate but not receive financial benefits. XXX
• At least 15 student participants from partner universites travelling to Potsdam and an open number of participants from UP.
• The physical group mobility (5-30 days) should take place at the University of Potsdam or an institution affiliated with the university in the relevant field.
• The virtual phase can take place before, during or after the mobility and is not defined in its length.
• 3 ECTS must be awarded as a minimum.
• As with regular Erasmus+ stays, the sending universities pay the mobility grants of the participants.

• Participants from program countries receive mobility grants from the respective sending university for the physical mobility phase (5-30 days), the amount is based on the applicable Erasmus+ daily allowances for the respective host country.
• In addition, the organizing university receives organizational funds that can be used for the additional expenses, for example room rentals, catering, personnel funds, teaching assignments, etc.

Our Erasmus+ partner universities can also organize Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs) in which students of the University of Potsdam can participate. The prerequisite for this is an exchange agreement (Inter-Institutional Agreement). Please contact the International Office.

Students need a Grant Agreement and a Learning Agreement (which have to be signed before the start of the mobile and digital mobility), just like for a semester stay.

Lecturers accompanying the BIP in the host country can be funded through Erasmus+ teaching stays.
