Advisory Board for Internationalization
The Advisory Board for Internationalization was founded in December 2012 to pursue the effective implementation of the recommendations in the HRK Audit . The Board is comprised of the following members:

- Prof. Dr. Helmut Elsenbeer, Internationalization Coordinator for the Faculty of Science
- apl. Prof. Dr. Norman Weiß, Internationalization Coordinator for the Law Faculty
- Prof. Dr. Ottmar Ette, Internationalization Coordinator for the Faculty of Arts
- Prof. Dr. Fabian Schuppert, Internationalization Coordinator for the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences
- Franziska Stimming, Internationalization Advisor for the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences
- Jun.-Prof. Robert Ranisch, Internationalization Coordinator for the Faculty of Health Sciences
- Prof. Dr. Andreas Borowski, Director of the Center for Teacher Education and Educational Research, Center for Teacher Training and Education Research (ZeLB)

The Advisory Board meets five times a year and is responsible for developing the University of Potsdam’s internationalization strategy as well as an implementation plan. The Board’s meetings also include consulting with external parties regarding current topics in the field of internationalization. The meetings are not public. However, the members of the Advisory Board report on the discussions and results in the committee meetings relevant to their area of expertise.
