Your Erasmus+ coordinators will tell you which application documents you need to submit. Usually, this will include the general application form as well as a transcript of records and a language certificate, if applicable.

Please note: After you receive an acceptance notification from the Erasmus+ coordinator, please register online via the application portal, print out the declaration of acceptance and have it signed by the subject coordinator.

The exact duration of the stay at the host university must be documented by each Erasmus+ participant by means of a confirmation from the host university.

You can use this template if the partner university does not issue its own transcript. The Transcript of Records serves as proof of the achievements completed at the host university. After completing your studies abroad, you will submit this transcript of records to the Examining Board of your academic department at the University of Potsdam for recognition of your academic achievements.
