E-FORMAT is a research project that accompanies the implementation of the "FORMAT" professional development management tool and examines its contribution to strengthening and professionalising personnel development within schools. The project is conducted over a period of 18 months and utilises a longitudinal mixed-methods design. The project focuses on three main areas:

1. User-friendliness:

The user-friendliness of "FORMAT" is evaluated by examining user experiences to identify strengths and areas for development, ensuring the application can be used with ease and efficiency.

2. Impact analysis:

The impact of the software on several school stakeholders, such as professional development coordinators, teachers, and school administrators, is analysed. The emphasis is on examining cognitive and motivational alterations.

3. Potential analysis:

The evaluation of "FORMAT" for advancing the professional development of school personnel is examined.
