Proofreading of English Contributions

Do you need support in drafting English-language articles? The Potsdam Graduate School offers its members - PhD candidates and Postdocs, Junior and Tenure Track Professorsof the University of Potsdam - the possibility of a professional proofreading by our language coach. We support our members during the publication process of English-language contributions, e.g.: a publication in a peer-reviewed journal, a conference presentation or a poster.

We are increasing our funding rates for all grants from January 1, 2026. For the latest information, please refer to the notes on the individual funding lines 2026. The previous funding rates will continue to apply to all grants until the end of 2025.

English-language publication of the results of your own research

Subsidy amounts

PhD Candidates: Please refer to the document “Information on Proofreading of english-language contributions - PhD Candidates” (see download box below) for the current maximum funding rates.

Postdocs, Junior and Tenure Track Professors: The maximum fundingamount per person and calendar year is a total of €2000. This amount applies as a total amount for all funding and can be used at your own personal decision for the different funding areas (except coaching) per calendar year.
