Science management requires extensive competencies and comprehensive knowledge of the organisation and control of scientific institutions. Participants in the program acquire fundamental and diversified knowledge for their everyday work that is adapted to the specifics of scientific organisations.

An integral part of the program is an accompanying mentoring. Experienced specialists in science management will accompany you during the program period. This allows insights into the everyday work of science managers and the clarification of individual career questions
