Why participate?

Did you have a great, exhausting, challenging, or highly productive day? Would you like to share your experiences or simply talk about something other than academy for a change? Then a relaxed get-together on the rooftop terrace of the Wissenschaftsetage is just right for you. You can exchange ideas with dedicated members from different areas of the PoGS scientific community and engage in inspiring conversations. The Science Club offers exactly that, a place where ideas flow, friendships grow, and networking is possible in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Meet colleagues, share experiences, and end your workday with a refreshing drink while enjoying a beautiful view over the rooftops of Potsdam. True to the motto “Where Science meets Sunset.”
 

Where does it take place?

The Science Club takes place on the science floor (Wissenschaftsetage) of the Bildungsforum (4th floor, room Schwarzschild) in Potsdam – on a sunny day on the roof terrace and in winter in front of the crackling fireplace. Whether it's to make new contacts or simply to enjoy a good time - we cordially invite you to drop by!
