After the Warming up we go to the SPC Training. In 90-minute workshops you can improve your future skills.
Do you want to rethink leadership and collaboration and acquire digital tools for future-oriented leadership? Would you like to learn and try out how you can build up your networks despite virtual conferences? Would you like to get ideas on how to meet challenges with inner strength and calmness? Then train your skills in one of our three workshops.
The three workshops will take place in parallel. For better planning on our part, please indicate which workshop you would like to attend when registering for Spot on PoGS Community.
The workshops marked with GER/ENG will be held either in German or English, depending on your needs. This will be decided directly in the workshop.

Resilience means mastering challenges through inner strength and calmness and emerging stronger from crises. The last year was particularly challenging for all of us and marked by uncertainty and change. In this workshop, we look back and into the future: What sources of strength could I draw on last year? What was particularly challenging? Which proven strategies can help me build resilience and regenerate? The workshop offers many suggestions for discovering personal solutions, reflecting on the personal handling of challenging situations, and space for questions and exchange.
