Coaching is an innovative form of personal development. It supports the reflection of your career plans as well as important decisions regarding further career steps or reorientations. In addition, coaching can be both process-oriented and targeted.
The Potsdam Graduate School supports postdocs, junior professors and newly appointed students at the University of Potsdam with coaching. Coaching is supported for a maximum of 4.5 hours. Doctoral students can take advantage of coaching in justified individual cases. Please contact us.
The coaching is part of the individual support of postdocs and junior professors of the University of Potsdam. These are supported within the limits of the available funds with up to 2,000 € per person and year.
There is no application deadline. You can apply for coaching at any time within the available financial means.
