I wanted to do an internship at the University of Potsdam because I am interested in the University. I also wanted to gain experience at the University because I want to study IT.

The internship lasted from February 12, 2024, to February 23, 2024. I was at the University every day from 9:00 to 4:00. I did a lot of tasks in the media center. Dr. Prickett supervised my internship for the most part. He organized projects for me with other institutions at the University. This gave me some insight into their work. In the first week, I was introduced to various topics. I worked with Moodle, a learning platform. In Moodle, I conducted and created tests. I also worked with Excel. I had an internship – "Basic Internship in Physics – Determining Mechanical Basic Quantities" – and that was very interesting. TYPO3 is a program that you can use to publish websites, and I learned how to upload a photo. I learned English with Dr. Prickett and we practiced indirect speech.

My internship was great. It's a shame that my internship only lasted two weeks. I found the tasks interesting, and the colleagues were very nice. I learned many new skills – for example, I can now upload links and edit videos in Moodle. You can do many things with Moodle. And that was a very good experience. I found it very pleasant here. The atmosphere at the University is great, and I was able to work well here and also learn a lot.
