Roadshow

On March 23, 2026 the first roadshow on the topic AI & Innovation will kick off at Campus Griebnitzsee.

The event format is divided into three slots:

The opening will be a keynote as a thematic introduction and impetus on AI & Innovation. This will be given by Prof. Dr. Katharina Hölzle, work researcher and currently Director of the Fraunhofer IAO Stuttgart and former PoGS spokesperson.

This will be followed by an interactive exchange format that brings together the broad field of artificial intelligence and innovation at the University of Potsdam. The aim is to make different perspectives visible, identify thematic intersections, and strengthen internal university networking. Among those taking part are Dr. Bastian Halecker, Professor of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, as well as the Chair of Artificial Intelligence in the Sciences together with the AI Competence Center of the University of Potsdam.

At the end, there will be snacks and drinks – an opportunity for relaxed networking, making new contacts and further discussions.

Take advantage of this event to gain a compact overview and new impulses in a dynamically growing field, to get to know current projects and research directions at the University of Potsdam, and to discover the people and working groups behind them.

The third stop on the roadshow will be in Golm on October 01, 2026, focusing on research integrity. 

The event format combines expert talks, workshops, and an interactive marketplace on the topic of research integrity.
With these varied formats, we will highlight the many facets of research integrity. Learn about new aspects and deepen your understanding of this topic. This will help you to safeguard your personal integrity and protect your own scientific work, your reputation, and ultimately your career.
