Nicolas Drathschmidt, M.A.

Research and Teaching Associate

Nicolas Drathschmidt is a research and teaching associate at the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management. He is interested in research on red tape, bureaucracy, and behavioral public administration as well as organizational ambidexterity and new work. 
Nicolas Drathschmidt studied Political Science, Administration and Organization at the University of Potsdam. He also completed his master's degree in "Administrative Sciences" at the University of Potsdam. During his studies he worked as a research assistant at the chairs of Political Science, Administration and Organization as well as Public and Nonprofit Management. In addition, he worked as a student assistant for a local political association and was holder of a scholarship of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. 

Since October 2021, he has been working as a research and teaching associate at the University of Potsdam.
