Curriculum Vitae

I studied Translation and Interpreting at Hacettepe University and later worked for feminist and LGBTQ civil society organizations in Ankara. In 2013, I started my teaching career as an Instructor of Academic English at Middle East Technical University, Northern Cyprus Campus. In 2018, I moved to Munich to complete my MA degree in English Studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität. Here, I worked as a student assistant as well as an EFL teacher at a language school in Munich. My research interests include feminist, queer, and critical pedagogies, materials development and Global Englishes Language Teaching.
