Alina is an IT consultant at Netlight and focuses on cloud engineering and DevOps. Originally from Lower Bavaria, Alina studied in Regensburg before moving to Munich for better job prospects. She followed up her Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems with a Software Engineering Master's degree. Before starting at Netlight in 2018, she gained several years of experience as a working student.

I definitely want fulfillment in my daily work for the rest of my working life, and at the same time I don't want to stagnate in my personal development, because it's a very big part of life after all.
This may be a bit of a cliché, but I think the book "The Phoenix Project" is great. It shows very common problems in companies, and motivates to question what exists.
I rarely have role models over a long period of time (except my parents, of course). Mostly they are individual aspects of the respective personalities that inspire me or make me emulate these characteristics, depending on time and current situation.
