The nationwide series Heimspiel Wissenschaft brings scientists together with citizens in their rural hometowns.
The researchers answer questions and discuss with their guests. Everyone who finds the topic exciting is invited - including people who normally have little or nothing to do with scientific research in their everyday lives. Questions and requests from the public about research in general are also discussed.
This format enables encounters and a very personal exchange between researchers and citizens in rural areas, which is often only reached to a limited extent by traditional scientific communication formats.
Researchers who grew up in rural areas and would like to talk about their work with people in their local area in public places such as the pub around the corner, the community centre, the clubhouse or the village square can register here using the form.

In short, he will explore how to identify order and structure in complex systems.
