UP Skills
With UP Skills we offer researchers at the University of Potsdam a targeted continuing education program to strategically expand their own competencies and unlock new perspectives in research, teaching, and transfer.
In the program you can expect three mandatory modules that provide central fundamentals for your personal learning journey, help you anchor your knowledge strategically, and optimally link the contents of the elective modules.
In addition, you can choose from a variety of elective modules that are tailored to different development goals and subject areas — from innovation and transfer skills to communication, leadership, and project design. This way, you can flexibly, need-oriented, and practically put together your own individual continuing education program.
After successful participation in at least three elective modules, you will receive the UP Skills Certificate from Potsdam Transfer, which documents your acquired competencies and makes your scientific and professional development visible.
