Peer relationships among students play a vital role in their educational success, motivation, and general well-being at school. This professional development programme aims to equip educators with empirical insights into the importance of peer relationships and their effect on learning outcomes. Additionally, practical exercises to enhance peer connections will be introduced and practised. The programme includes a preparatory activity (student survey) and an in-person session at the school.
