Data Protection Declaration for „Campus-Tour”

We use your personal data under consideration of the applicable privacy policy. Especially the EU- Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Brandenburg Data Protection Act.

Purpose of the processing

Your personal data is not necessary for filling out the feedback form. The feedback information is basically collected and processed in an anonymized way. Therefore the GDPR is not applicable (recital to 26 of the GDPR).

Just in case you want to support us with your knowledge and want to carry out a “Campus-Tour” you are asked to leave your Mail-Address in order to contact you. This will be only processed for connecting with you in order to realize a “Campus-Tour”.

Legal basis

The legal basis for data processing related to the “Campus-Tour” is provided by Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection of personal data in the future, at any time and without reason. The revocation of your permission does not affect the legality of processing that has taken place with your permission up to the time of revocation.

Duration of data collection

The data of the feedback form will be saved until the end of the project “Innovative Hochschule Potsdam”, on December 31st, 2022.

Unless you want to support us as a guide for the “Campus-Tours” and used the contact field, your data will be saved without time limit. To the end of the project the necessity of saving the data will be checked.

Transmission of data to third parties

Your data will not be transmitted to a third party. The data will be shared between the Gesellschaftscampus and the Zentrale Projektsteuerung.

Right to withdrawal

You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to wether or not your personal data is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and additional information (right of access).
You also have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data. If the legal requirements of Art. 17 or 18 GDPR are met, you are also entitled in principle to the erasure of your personal data or to a restriction of processing. Please note that restricted processing of the data may not be possible. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible (right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR). Furthermore, you may object to the processing under the conditions of Art. 21 GDPR.
