ZEIT Campus x Feel Good Campus x TK @ University of Potsdam

You’re not ‘too weak’ – social media is designed to keep you hooked. This talk explores the grey area between use, compulsion and addiction: doomscrolling, constant comparison, FOMO and the feeling of never being done (mental load). Together, we’ll work out when social media helps you cope – and when it actually causes you more stress in the long run. You’ll take away practical tools to consume content more mindfully, set boundaries and regain some peace of mind.

At “How it works”, ZEIT Campus Editor-in-Chief Christoph Farkas, psychologist Natalie Hartig, psychologist Elias Jessen and presenter and podcaster Robin Solf will discuss these and many other topics. Following the event, we invite you to network at the get-together.
