English Workshops

Emotional Well‑Being & Balance

Sadness & Grief

Feelings of sadness and grief can show up in many ways during student life. This workshop invites participants to reflect on these emotions, including how they differ from depression and how people deal with loss and mortality. Through mindfulness and dialogue, we gather ideas and small practices that may support everyday well-being.

Emotion regulation

Feeling overwhelmed by emotions such as anger or helplessness can be part of student life. In this session, participants reflect on personal experiences, learn strategies for emotion regulation, and strengthen their sense of self-efficacy. A short mindfulness practice and psychological input support the development of practical tools for everyday life.

Negative Mood

Some days just feel heavier than others. This workshop offers a space for students to talk openly about low mood, negative thoughts, and feeling stuck. Through a short mindfulness practice, shared reflections, and psychological input, we explore supportive strategies and small everyday tools. The session encourages respectful exchange and points to available support resources.

Stress & Anxiety

Deadlines, expectations, and uncertainty can easily lead to stress and anxiety during student life. In this session, participants reflect on how pressure shows up for them and explore healthier ways of coping. Together we gather ideas, share experiences, and develop small strategies for staying balanced in challenging times.

Overthinking

Many students know the feeling of thoughts that just won’t stop. In this session, we talk about overthinking, unresolved issues, and the fear of slipping back into old patterns. Through mindfulness, open dialogue, and brief psychological insights, participants explore supportive strategies and collect ideas for handling these moments in daily life.

Connection & Social Life

Loneliness

This session offers a space for students who sometimes feel lonely and are looking for open dialogue. Together we reflect on experiences of loneliness, group dynamics, and healthy boundaries. Through mindfulness, exchange, and brief psychological input, participants collect resources and develop practical ideas for everyday life. Support services and guidelines for confidentiality are introduced.

Social Environment

Friendships, connections, and boundaries are an important part of student life. This workshop creates space to talk about relationship patterns, attachment styles, and how it feels to distance oneself from others. Through mindfulness and open exchange, participants gather ideas and practical perspectives for dealing with social dynamics.

Inner Processes & Self‑Understanding

Chaos in your head?

Do different inner voices pull you in multiple directions? This session introduces the Internal Family Systems (IFS) method to understand and connect with these parts. By resolving internal conflicts, students can gain clarity, emotional balance, and a kinder relationship with themselves—helping them move through student life with more calm.

Coping

A space for students who sometimes feel lonely and want to connect. We explore coping and extreme behaviours, reflect on personal experiences, and learn practical alternatives. After a short psychological input, participants share resources and develop a small exercise for everyday life. This is not therapy; support services and confidentiality guidelines are introduced.

Personal Growth, Mindset & Strengths

Anti-perfection

Procrastination often masks perfectionism and the constant pressure to be flawless. In this workshop, students reflect on these inner drivers, challenge unrealistic expectations, and explore healthier ways to approach performance. Through exercises and dialogue, participants learn to embrace imperfection and make steady, more relaxed progress in their studies.

Neurodiverse & Organized

ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent traits are strengths, not deficits—but they bring unique challenges in student life. This workshop shows how to leverage these strengths while managing concentration, sensory overload, and procrastination. Students receive practical tools to organize their studies, energy, and focus, making academic life work for them.
