Nicolás studied physics at the University of Buenos Aires graduating in 2015. For his master thesis he worked in experimental neuroscience under the supervision of Mariano Belluscio.
In 2015 Nicolas started his PhD research project, titled “Network-network interaction in neuronal systems – how topological characteristics transfer between complex networks” which is jointly supervised by Profs. Andreas Daffertshofer and Bob van Dijk at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Prof. Björn Schelter at the University of Aberdeen.
