The deadline for changes to the ballot vote register passed on May 29th, 2023. Changes are not possible anymore.

Basics

  • All persons listed in the ballot vote register may vote in the ballot (see § 13 (1) Election Regulations Framework (Rahmenwahlordnung, RWO)).
  • This also determines in which faculty the person must vote; usually it is the faculty of the first subject.
  • Students who are enrolled in several faculties can change the applicable faculty (see § 13 (3) RWO).

Requesting the Ballot Vote Register

  • All students may request their entry in the ballot vote register.
  • For this ballot vote, requests can only be submitted by e-mail to stwalists.astaupde. The request
    • must include your first and last name as well as your matriculation number.
    • must be sent from the email address of the University of Potsdam.

Objections to the Ballot Vote Register

  • Students can raise objections against the ballot vote register, e.g. changes to their faculty affiliation (see § 13 (3) RWO).
  • For this ballot vote, objections can only be requested by e-mail to stwalists.astaupde. The application
    • must include first and last name as well as matriculation number.
    • must be sent from the email address of the University of Potsdam.
  • Objections are possible until May 29th, 2023.
