Anti-Discrimination

  • There are counselling services for different problems: conflicts, worries, addictions and social issues; antisemitism; disability and chronic illnesses; digital violence in academia; discrimination; health; international students and researchers; career planning and promotion; staff counsil; racism; legal advice; sexism, gender, gender identity; family policy & work-life reconciliation; scientific misconduct.
  • The AStA offers a variety of student-run programs. Among other things, there are typically elected representatives who specifically address cases of discrimination.
  • In cases of discrimination, in addition to contacting individual counseling centers, you can also file an official complaint regarding discrimination, bullying, and stalking.
  • For cases of discrimination, bullying, and stalking outside the university, as well as general issues, here is an overview of external counseling services.
  • The University of Potsdam’s Anti-Discrimination Policy serves as the basis for handling cases of discrimination.
