The University of Pécs is organizing the second global Community of Practice of EDUC which  is an online, collaborative event where instructors from partner institutions come together to exchange ideas, reflect on shared challenges, and discuss good teaching practices, especially related to virtual mobility.

Course Details

Its topic is "Pedagogical use of materials and activities: Enhancing Student Engagement in AI Education through Moodle and H5P-Based Learning Activities" and it has three phases which are the following:

Community Forum Phase (8-16th December, 2025)
Participants would review materials sent in advance and collect their own thoughts, questions, and challenges.

Online Synchronous Phase (17th December, 2025, 14:00-15:30)
A 1.5-hour interactive session where an EDUC Ambassador (an experienced EDUCator) shares experiences in pedagogical use of online materials and student activities. In this interactive session, we will explore how the general characteristics of artificial intelligence technologies can be introduced and taught through a Moodle-based learning environment enriched with H5P activities. The focus will be on designing a short, two-week blended course part model that demonstrates how AI-related topics can be made engaging and accessible for students through digital materials, interactive quizzes, and problem-based learning tasks.

Toolkit Phase (17th December, 2025 - 8th January, 2026)
In a shared online space, each participant would upload their own materials, making them accessible to one another.
