First-semester students winter 2026/27

The deadline for enrollment for the summer semester is usually April 15th and for the winter semester it is usually October 15th!

Dear prospective students,

Thank you for your application to the MSc program "Biochemistry & Molecular Biology" at the University of Potsdam.

If you received the notification that your application was forwarded, we received your application. Please note that your application will not be evaluated directly by the examination board upon receipt. The examination board has two dates each semester on which applications are evaluated: in July/January and shortly after the application deadline (August 15/ February 15). You will receive confirmation or rejection 2 weeks after the meeting.

Introductory event for first-semester students winter 2026/27

The introductory event for freshers takes place Tuesday, October 6, at 1 pm on Campus Golm (house 25 room 2.25.F0.15). The event is obligatory and provides all necessary information to understand the study program and course organization. For those who cannot attend in person there will be a Zoom link to join the introduction course.
