Covid-19 Rules of conduct when participating in massage services

Status 06.04.2022

With mouth-nose mask only
The massage offer can only be booked if the participants wear a mouth-nose mask during the massage. The mask must be brought to the massage by the participants themselves. Our therapists also wear a mouth-nose mask during the massage. Please note the compliance with the current guidelines on hygiene and occupational health and safety.
Appointment only in good health
You are only allowed to go to the massage in a healthy condition. Do you have a fever? You have a dry cough? You feel tired? You are plagued by a sore throat, aching limbs or a headache? You wonder about a lack of sense of taste/smell? If you have to answer "yes" to any of these questions, please stay home in any case.

Inform us
If you have had personal contact with a person in whom SARS-CoV-2 virus has been detected in the laboratory, you would need to contact your local health department immediately, regardless of symptoms. If you experience acute respiratory symptoms, you should follow coughing and sneezing rules, as well as good hand hygiene, and seek medical attention after calling ahead - this is the recommendation of the RKI. If you test positive for Covid-19, please notify the Academic Sports Center immediately.

Keep a minimum distance
Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 to 2 meters in the waiting area as well as on the way to the massage or even on the way back.

Clean & sanitized hands
Take 30 seconds to clean your hands. Wash and/or disinfect your hands at the beginning and end of the massage. This also applies after blowing your nose, sneezing or using the restroom. Please use the soap/disinfectant dispensers provided or always have soap/disinfectant with you if necessary.

Locker Rooms and sports facilities
Showers, locker rooms and lockers are accessible again.

Acting responsibly
Please remember that your actions have a significant impact on maintaining our (transitional) services. Instead of shaking hands, a smile and wave will be enough. Be considerate and responsible. Protect yourself and others.

Support us
Both our exercise instructors, massage therapists and Academic Sports staff do their best to provide you with safe sessions. Follow them and the instructions/rules of the massage therapists. Please help us to make sports and health activities possible again.
