Objective | The aim of the colloquium is to provide academic support for the writing and research process of Master's students in the field of leadership, organization and human resources. As part of the course, students have the opportunity to present their research project in a plenary session, receive feedback from fellow students and supervisors on the topic, research question and methodology and clarify open questions. Workshops on dealing with scientific texts, scientific writing, data analysis using R and peer reviews support the writing process. |
Learning content | Students are able to independently develop research questions and investigate them within the framework of methodologically sophisticated studies. They have the ability to evaluate various options for testing hypotheses with regard to their respective advantages and disadvantages and can independently conduct experiments/field studies to quantitatively test research hypotheses. |
Target group | Students who would like to write their thesis at the Chair of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources or who have already been accepted to write their Master's thesis. |
