Equality Strategy

Gender equality is one of the development goals of the University of Potsdam. Since its founding, a large number of measures relevant to gender equality have been permanently anchored in the university structures and gender equality has established itself as a cross-sectional task. This is particularly evident in the increasing integration of gender equality aspects into structure-building and evaluating university processes such as the mission statement concept, system accreditation and university development planning.
