- Development of discrimination-sensitive measures to promote talent, especially for TIN* persons and women with intersectional experiences of discrimination
- Conceptual institutionalisation of the female professor network (ProfiNet)
- Advising early-career researchers and professors on support measures, further training and career planning
- Raising the profile of gender equality work in research and teaching
