Digital Collections Workshop (10-11 September 2025)

During this workshop, you will learn how to use Omeka-S, an open-source platform employed by museums, libraries and cultural organisations worldwide. With Omeka, you can model your digital assets, and transform collections into linked data and interactive online exhibitions.

Thanks to this workshop, which blends a thorough introduction to Omeka's essential features with hands-on, project-based learning, you will be able to create your own online exhibit. You will learn how to model your digital collection, organise digital materials using professional metadata standards, and publish web-based exhibitions to bring your collections to life.
