Economics provides tools and methods for analyzing and evaluating policy measures that focus on important social, political and economic problems. Still, there is often a perceived gap between academic analyses and the political reality. The Policy Lecture therefore seeks to bring together high-level policymakers and policy advisors with researchers and advanced students in the field of economic and environmental policy.

The Policy Lecture is open to all students, PhD Students and researchers at the University of Potsdam and our partner institutions in the Potsdam-Berlin area (MCC Berlin, PIK, DIW, BSE). We will have an informal get-together after each lecture, including drinks & Brezels. All participants are cordially invited.
