Work is of double-faced nature: on the hand, work may be a domain of life that permits mastering challenges, allows experiencing success, or permits personal development; on the other hand, work can be a source of stress. Therefore, the topic of work and well-being cuts across most of our different research topics. For example, we are currently looking into the well-being implications of daily proactivity, and we are exploring individual innovation from a perspective of coping with stress.
