Necessary requirements:

1. Your project that you want to work on with us has not been founded yet.
2. You have an official residency in the Federal Republic of Germany,
   or your residence status permits founding a company in Germany.
   You intend to register the venture in Germany at a later stage.
3. You are working on a founding project that addresses social or
   environmental challenges and aims to make a positive contribution to society

For team-based venture projects, it is sufficient if only one team member meets
the funding requirements.
