Scientific Curriculum Vitae
Dr. Firas Al Laban holds a PhD in Computer Science (specializing in Knowledge Management Systems), a Master's degree in Software Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Damascus University.
During his tenure as a lecturer at various universities, he taught numerous Computer Science and Mathematics courses and supervised several student projects. Concurrently with his teaching responsibilities, he actively participated in multiple research projects, leading to publications and contributions at various international conferences.
Since June 2019, he has been a member of the scientific staff at the Chair for Complex Multimedia in the Computer Science Department at Potsdam University.
