Curriculum Vitae

Rick Lutzens studied politics and psychology at the University of Heidelberg. Since September 2023 he is a research assistant at the Chair of Complex Multimedia Application Architectures. He works on Governance concerning BIRD, a pilot project for a national digital education platform.
