Aims and Content

The Master's degree program in Digital Education aims to equip students with comprehensive competencies in the analysis, design, and evaluation of digitalisation-related educational programs. Graduates of this program will be able to develop and critically reflect on innovative teaching and learning concepts using state-of-the-art educational technologies.

The program’s strong practical orientation is complemented by a four-month internship or a semester abroad, both of which prepare students effectively for their future professional careers. These experiences are prepared and accompanied by a preparatory seminar, which ensures that students gain not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills that are of great value for their future career paths. Additionally, the program includes a project-based course, in which students design and conduct an independent, supervised research project.
