MSc. Dedong Zhao

Curriculum Vitæ

Dedong Zhao studied Electronics Information Science & Technology at Hunan Normal University, Changsha, China from 2012 to 2016 for his bachelor's degree and studied Computer Technology at Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China from 2017 to 2020 for his master's degree. During his graduate study, Dedong Zhao's research focuses on Networks-on-a-Chip (NOC) and Wireless Networks-on-a-Chip (WNOC). Since June 2022, Dedong Zhao has been a research assistant with Professor Krstic Milos's research group at University of Potsdam, Potsdam, Germany, and also a guest scientist at Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP), Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. From July 2020 to February 2022, Dedong Zhao served as an ASIC Frontend Design Engineer in the industry. Currently, Dedong Zhao's research focuses on the topic of model optimization and hardware acceleration for spiking neural networks.
