The aim is to establish a German-Indian cooperation within the framework of an institutionalized partnership between the University of Potsdam and the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) in Mumbai. Students in pre-service teacher education degree programs of the STEM subjects will be offered the opportunity to write final theses at partner institutions in Mumbai and thereby gain in-depth insights into regional science education. Additionally, teaching and research stays of doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers, and professors from both sides at the respective partner institution are planned.
