Presentation of new professors

The next presentation for new appointments will take place on October 11, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Campus Griebnitzsee, House 6, Lecture Hall 2.

Ms. Prof. Dr. Julia Brennecke, Professor of Business Administration, especially Innovation Management, will introduce herself.

Since September 2021, Professor Dr. Julia Brennecke has been heading the Chair of Business Administration, particularly Innovation Management, at the University of Potsdam. Her research focuses on the origins and evolution of intra- and interorganizational networks and their impact on the innovation performance of individuals and companies. Professor Brennecke will be delivering a lecture on the topic of "Organizational Networks as Infrastructure for Innovation."

Additionally, Professor Dr. Grischa Beier will introduce himself. Since July 2023, he has held the position of Professor of "Sustainability of Digitalization" (joint appointment with RIFS - Helmholtz Centre Potsdam) at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Potsdam. His research centers on the socio-ecological implications of advancing digital connectivity in the business world. Professor Beier will present on the topic of "Sustainability Effects of Digitalization in the Manufacturing Industry."
