Lea Sasse is a Research Associate at the Chair of Business and Economics Education and Vocational Teacher Education at the University of Potsdam, where she supports the project “Hybrid Education for Statutory Employee Interest Representations”, funded by the Hans Böckler Foundation.

Her work focuses on the further development of educational programs for workplace employee representation bodies in the context of digital transformation. She brings practical experience from corporate vocational education and training and is particularly committed to the professionalization of educators.

Lea Sasse studied Business and Economics Education with a focus on Human Resource Development at the University of Göttingen and continues to work part-time in the field of Digital Learning at the Otto Group.
