Lea Sasse, M. Sc.

Lea Sasse is a research associate at the Chair of Business Education and Vocational Teacher Education at the University of Potsdam and supports the project “Hybrid Education for Statutory Interest Groups,” funded by the Hans-Böckler Foundation.

Her work focuses on the further development of educational offerings for workplace interest groups in the context of digital transformation. She brings practical experience from corporate training and professional development and is particularly committed to the professionalization of educators.

Lea Sasse studied Business Education with a focus on Human Resource Development at the University of Göttingen and continues to work part-time in the field of Digital Learning at the Otto Group.
