Manuela Alisch

Manuela Alisch has been working as an assistant to the Professorships of Business Education for Vocational Teaching and Vocational Pedagogy at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Potsdam since December 1, 2025. She supports the professorships in all organizational and administrative matters, ranging from scheduling and teaching coordination to personnel and budget-related tasks, as well as serving as an interface between the dean’s office, central administration, and students.

Based on her professional training as a legal assistant and many years of work experience, she brings a high level of structure, reliability, and organizational skills to her role. In addition, she has strong expertise in digital marketing and the use of digital tools, which she applies to ensure efficient communication, well-structured processes, and modern administrative workflows. Her working style is service- and solution-oriented, characterized by a trusting and supportive approach that helps keep the professorships well organized and facilitates everyday university operations.
