Justas Tadge, M. Ed.

Justas Tadge has been a Research Associate at the Chair of Business and Economics Education for Vocational Teacher Education at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Potsdam since February 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a lecturer at Weingarten University of Education and spent several years as a student research assistant and tutor at Georg-August University of Göttingen, holding positions at the Chairs of Business and Economics Education as well as Business and Economics Education and Human Resource Development. He completed his Master of Education in Business and Economics Education with Computer Science as a second subject at Georg-August University of Göttingen in 2025, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in the same field profile there in 2023.

His main research interests focus on financial education in adult basic education as well as on the investigation of learning- and achievement-related emotions in vocational education contexts. In this regard, he is particularly concerned with the development and evaluation of didactic concepts that both foster basic economic education and take emotional factors of learning into account in vocational learning environments. The aim of his work is to develop empirically grounded approaches that enable equitable access to education and enhance the effectiveness of learning processes in vocational settings.
