After the defense
1. After the disputation, your doctoral procedure will be discussed at the next meeting of the doctoral committee and a recommendation to conclude the doctoral procedure will be made to the Dean.
2. You will receive notification of this and will be asked to publish your dissertation. (example of titel page)
3. Your certificate will be drawn up and submitted to the Dean and the President for signature.
4. As soon as your signed certificate is available in the office, you will receive a message that you can collect your certificate. Please note that you will only receive your certificate once your dissertation has been published and the revision certificate has been received.

Guidelines for Publishing Your Dissertation
The diploma can only be issued once the dissertation has been published (Section 15 of the Doctoral Regulations).
